Wow what an experience with Brockville Home Health Care. They are simply awesome. Purchased an ice machine for knee replacement and 14 months later husband had his other knee done. Ice machine wasn’t working properly so they let me borrow one while they tried to fix ours. Get a call four days later to check in how we are doing and they said we could just keep the replacement one. Ours couldn’t be repaired. Amazing service. Highly recommend. So helpful at a difficult time. Thank you. Brockville is lucky to have you!

I can't leave enough positive remarks. Ken and Leanne have looked after my pop from a walker, to a motorized chair, to catheter carrying bags, and sock pullers. Their service is second to none. The kindness and compassion they have is immeasurable! I don't bother to look anywhere else. These wonderful folks have taken a lot off of my mind by delivering quality products and exceptional care. Very good company and superb service
It was time to get a stair lift installed we were recommended this company from a nurse at the BGH.
We certainly have no regrets with the service we received from this company it was absolutely the best. The installation went well thanks to Ken and Scott

We needed to obtain a wheelchair for my 95 year old mother who is a resident at St Lawrence Lodge. Brockville Home Healthcare was great at coordinating with an Occupational Therapist to ensure the correct wheelchair was purchased and ultimately setup properly to best meet our mother's needs. Ken was very knowledgeable and made the who process extremely stress free for all.

So this was the third place i attended for CPAP supplies after attending Medigas and InspiAIR and being blown away by their pricing and lack of willingness to at least price compete i came to Brockville Hone Health Care. I was greeted by Leanne and told her what i was looking for. Immediately without asking they were over 100$ cheaper than the one store and even more from the other. Kelly was amazing as well and did price compete for the heated hose, water tub and cleaning supplies. I purchased everything for less than the price of a mask at either of the other two locations! Shop local with people that are not bound by franchise pricing.
