Kindest staff from the nurses, to the security to the cleaners, the cooks. They handed out fresh Rose's to all patients on valentine's day. Also, they gave me not only medical treatment but always offered moral support and helped me through my depression. My favorite nurse is grace and I hope to see you at church one day. -jerry (also shout out to the security because you guys helped me more than you know with just kind words and empathy)

By far the most dysfunctional "hospital" I've ever interacted with. If you're making a delivery, expect to be met with nobody having a basic level of competence in any aspect. It's been over 5 years and every time trying to make a simple delivery is like pulling teeth to even get a hold of someone to open the door. Embarassing to say the least.

Given my recent situation, I've had to come into the Emergency Department multiple times for the past couple weeks. Every single time I've been in there I've had an exceptional experience, it doesn't matter what nurse. Anya, Breanna, Maggie, Trina, Becky, and others. Thank you for showing me amazing standards of care. People are lucky to have you care for them!!

My wife spend 4 hours waiting outside and 3 hours waiting inside, end up exhausted and getting worst and just wanting a descent bed to sleep. She couldn’t wait anymore, staying in this hospital was doing more harm to her than good, the name emergency is not representative for this service.
Staff cold and almost rude repeating the same statement to every patient. We end up going back home without seeing the busy doctor.
I think this will be our last time seeking help in this facility, I prefer driving 2hour to another hospital on going through the same experience again.

I was taken to the Brooks hospital by ambulance Jan 8th 2024. I spent 2 days in this hospital and was diagnosed with double pneumonia in my lungs. On the 10th of January I was send to the Medicine Hat hospital for better care due to my circumstances. While I was in the Brooks hospital the Doctor and nurses along with other staff took care of me the best they could with compassion. I thank you all and may God bless you for what you do.

If you need medical help, don’t go here. If you want to be treated in a respectful manner, don’t go here. Waited 6 hours to try and get my toddler son checked for appendicitis, left with no answer as to when we would actually be able to see a doctor. Emergency room seats were full, was plenty of room for more chairs but weren’t brought in. Was left no choice but to sit on the floor and wait, also at 22 weeks pregnant. Tried to sit across the hall on a chair but was scolded at, by a nurse, because those were for X-ray patients only. Nurse then proceeded to yell at the security guard for not kicking me out of the chair. In 6 hours, that chair never became occupied by any patient. Will not be going there again. We pay plenty of taxes for health care, least the staff could do is treat you human.
