I had a disappointing experience with the sales staff at this location. I visited the store to rent and purchase medical equipment for post-op hip surgery and was assisted by Amisha and Daisy. As I was picking out several items, the process took some time. Being from the US, I encountered issues with my transaction. The store closed at 6 pm, but the staff started processing my transaction just after that. Unfortunately, due to some issues with the card, they were unable to complete the purchase, and I was then told that the rental system had closed at 6 pm. This information was never communicated to me beforehand; otherwise, I would have prioritized the rental purchase.

I explained that I was pregnant and that coming back would be difficult, but the staff showed no empathy. They were more concerned about the time, frequently checking their watches, and seemed eager to leave. They even implied that it was my fault for taking time to browse, saying, "You wanted to look around the store, so it’s not our problem if you have to come back." The lack of compassion and consideration was very disappointing.

I would not recommend this store, especially for individuals who need understanding and care. The staff's attitude and lack of empathy made an already difficult situation much worse.

If you have to shop here we all know why . It is because you or your loved ones need medical supplies. I know we would all rather be shopping for anything other than that
I work in health care and understand the need for medical supplies. I also understand that when you go to these places we really don't want to be there. The cleanliness of the store and variety of supplies are literally NOTHING compared to the customer service I experienced. TEN out of five stars

Bought mastectomy prosthesis here. Wonderful service! Shelly was so patient and kind and the perfect person to be doing this type of work. I highly recommend this place. They have all kinds of home aids and products. 👍

They have zero knowledge and just sit in the counter chatting. Couldn’t answer any of my questions (especially the lady with grey hair and glasses).
