I could write a whole story about this doctor but I’ll keep it as short as I can. My family doctor retired, but I had all of my medical history and records. I had a time sensitive form I needed filled out, and a prescription (controlled medication so needed special forms to get it filled out) refilled and was sent to this clinic by my old clinic as old clinic didn’t have any doctors available to see me. I saw Dr. Dan-Bing Wang and he was incredibly rude, short, impatient, unkind and dismissive. He refused to fill out the form despite the fact that I had all the necessary information.he kept stating he couldn’t fill it out (which wasn’t true) I asked him if he even looked at the form to determine if he could or couldnt fill it out and he said no. He said that he “doesn’t fill out any forms for patients”. I was broken down to tears by how stressed and frustrated I was by being sent from clinic to clinic and he didn’t care. He WALKED OUT of the room in the middle of the conversation even though I was still talking to him and needed a prescription refill. He didn’t come back. I peeked my head around the corner to see him sitting back in his office literally ignoring me as I was trying to talk to him. Begrudgingly he came back in to refill the prescription and said he was “doing me a favour by letting me in the clinic” and said he normally wouldn’t prescribe this medication as he’s uncomfortable with it (?) Prescribes 1 week worth of a controlled medication then says to go elsewhere.

Zero empathy, zero patience, zero care. Didn’t want to deal with paperwork and all the forms with a controlled medication. I’ve read the reviews and seen good things about this doctor so maybe he was having a bad day? But unacceptable to treat clients that way, especially when I was respectful towards him.

To add: I left this clinic in tears. Went to another walk in and saw a doctor who had never seen be before, she actually looked at my records and read the form. She filled it out for me.

Absolute terrible, says they’re open from 9am to 6pm I arrive at 2:45 and they say they’re closing and no longer taking people in. Are you serious? 3 hours early and you guys already stop taking patients in? Then why even say you guys are open? Get it together seriously

Terrible service. The ladies here were rude and dismissive and were not helpful. I would give a 0 if I could.

Dr. Wang has been amazing. Seen him a few times here for myself and my family. Quick diagnosis and effective prescriptions. Highly recommend this walk-in clinic.

If only I can give 0 star I would, you will die waiting in this clinic, the receptionist that I talked to is the worst person that I have ever dealt with in my life.
I was there in the morning waited for 1.34 hrs, I asked the receptionist if I can come back at 1:00pm as I have to do my lab work. She didn’t explained to me that when I came back I still have to wait for an hour or so.
I should not come to this clinic it’s the works experience.

This would be my first choice for a walk in clinic when my family doctor isn't open. There's a few doctors there I've seen who were always amazing and helpful and caring.

Then Dr. Broniewski started practicing there. And I've had to see him three times (once myself, and once for each of my young children). It's weird how he has the receptionist in when consulting with women, that sends up a big red flag. It's annoying he called me in the office to make me wait in the office whole he finished charting his last patient, why didn't he finish that before calling me in? And it's absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional that he sends you back to the waiting room and comes out and discusses your issues in front of everyone.

I hope the clinic reads these reviews and reconsiders having him practice there.

Do not go to Dr.Broniewski!
He gave me the creeps especially when I read the sign that a female attendant has to be in the room with this physician.
He didn’t listen to me and when I started talking he interrupted me. When I told him it feels like my chest is congested he took his stethoscope and told me to stand and lift my shirt then popped it on my back and front maybe 1 sec each spot! Checked my ears quickly then wrote me a prescription for ear drops . I talked to my pharmacist about them and he didn’t think I needed them and to maybe check with my own dr.
Went to my dr and she said no one even prescribes those ear drops anymore because they can cause damage ! Oh did I mention that sign is on the wall because he had an offence filed on him. Ask your doctor to look him up 😬He shouldn’t be practicing and I will for sure let everyone now to not go there !
