Staff were amazing, so kind and patient. I was seen really quickly and got what I needed and was out so much faster then I thought. Never felt like they were rushing, just the feeling that they cared. Had an IUD inserted and they were so gentle about it. Thank you guys for all your help!

The nurses and doctors are amazing here! They always listen attentively to any questions you have and they don't shame you for asking them as well. I just wish their hours were longer to accommodate those who work office hours!

terrified of needles/blood work - my nurse was amazing & made the process so much easier! definitely reduced my fear for future bloodwork! they also found me an appointment that worked with my tight schedule in the same week.

I went there a while ago for a iud placement. I had specifically asked both the nurse and the doctor multiple times for the numbing spray on my cervix(it’s better than nothing right?). The doctor had it sitting next to her the whole time but never used it. She then proceeded to congratulate me on not needing it while I was sitting there on the table shaking from the pain. Then she had told me it lasts 8 years, but after looking at the box I found out it’s only good for 5. If I had listened to her and not my gut, I could be having a kid down the line cause i would think I would be protected. I do not recommend this clinic for iud placement. She had also given me a pelvic exam which went great considering it was my first time. The doctor was super nice but when she didn’t use the numbing spray after I asked her for it multiple times I lost all trust. If you are getting a iud placed I highly recommend checking multiple clinics to see what services they provide for pain management, and make sure they follow through with your request.

had to get tested for STI multiple times. each time they said they’d call me, never got a call. i go in and i get a call to need meds, i go in for meds and have to wait 3-4 hours to get another test, they never called me back. so thank you if im unable to ever have kids again because it’s now been a year and i’ve been stuck in the same pattern. i’ve called, emailed and even gone in multiple times. if i go in again, they’ll just say they need to test me again and i’ll be waiting 2 more weeks for another call to tell me it’s positive (if they even call me back)

When I arrived (walk in, not appointment) I was told that the wait time would be 2.5 hours. They got me in in about an hour and a half but I would HAPPILY wait 4 hours if it meant I got to have an experience half this good at a doctor's clinic! Sandy and Lea were so kind, respectful, and empathetic. They answered all of my questions honestly and I didn't once feel judged or like I was being rushed. Dr. Luft was kind and professional and I felt very well taken care of. 🙂

I have never had a better experience. the doctors/nurses/staff are welcoming, and have zero judgement (the ones I've dealt with). I've cried in there because of past traumatic experiences and felt comforted. I've never had someone take the time and care to provide me with the birth control that works for my lifestyle and my health.

The front desk lady she was older white lady… me walking in already having anxiety she was so rude and made my welcome feel so uncomfortable, she told me it was my fault that I couldn’t get the birth control and didn’t even help me find another clinic… it was ridiculous honestly worst experience ever, she was a women as well. Took my by surprises that a sexual clinic treated me like absolute garbage… i went across to the medical center and they where way fricking nicer and helped me through it way better..
