I came to this clinic to have my IUD removed and replaced after reading good reviews online. The doctors and staff are very kind, helpful and accommodating. I was really anxious about the procedure as my first IUD insertion experience a few years ago was quite unpleasant (at a different clinic). Dr. Wong reassured me, offered a local anesthetic (which worked wonders), walked me through each step of the procedure and checked on me after each step. I will be recommending this clinic to all the uteri owners I know!

Absolutely unreal.
From the first call, do the actual procedure, I cannot say enough amazing things about this clinic and all of the people who work here.
Every person I encountered over my multiple appointments was kind, caring, helpful, and an absolute pro.
I can say with full confidence that this is THE best experience I have EVER had with any doctor's office in my entire life.

I have never had such a pleasant experience going in for a well woman exam as I had here. The lady answering the phone was lovely (I think her name is Denise) and she was able to get me in the same day due a prior cancellation. She was just as pleasant and helpful during my visit. When I showed up the doctor I was supposed to see was a bit behind, so Denise moved me to a different doctor, which was completely fine with me as this was my first time ever coming in and I didn't know the doctors to begin with. Dr. Miu (sp?) was awesome. She seemed to actually care about me as a person and she was super gentle during the exam. She was very personable and helpful with questions I had. I will definitely be back. Thank you, ladies!

I went to this clinic to see if I could get some help with the good old “hot flashes”😁. I saw Dr. Parker and she was just lovely. As were the front desk Medical Office Assistants. They were friendly, quick and professional. I felt comfortable as soon as I walked in the door and the assistant smiled at me. Dr. Parker took an incredible amount of time with me and knew so much about all the things I asked her about. She was thoughtful on her answers, asked me MY opinion on things, and I left feeling like I got absolutely everything I needed from the visit. Excellent clinic and staff, I would highly recommend going to see them at this clinic.

I was super nervous attending my appointment but the receptionist was friendly, and Dr Wang was so so helpful. Her soft, informative demeanour put me at ease and I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking questions. Strongly recommend!

The condescending tone on the woman on the phone needs to stop and her judgment too. I have been a patient of this clinic before and never experienced such rudeness and judgment.

Apparently now they use a text message to confirm appointments. The message came as "spam" and filtered in my text messages. So I didn't see it before the day I had my appointment. However if I made the appointment is because I needed it and I'm going to show up, be there. I have never had this issue before with this clinic, I made the appointment i show up, period, simple as that. The fact that this woman called 3hrs before to cancel me or reschedule me when I had planned already to come in today (Sep. 30th) is extremely disturbing. I have kids and work, and I cannot just move stuff last minute because according to her I didn't confirm. She used the excuse of having one sick doctor and not being able to take me in (and "well you didnt confirm" in that tone). So how many more people did she call to cancel? Or was it just me. I asked for the appointment last week, I needed it. And she made such a big deal since I called to book an appointment as if the clinic isn't being paid for my appointment. I'm explaining the issues I have and she's arguing with me on the phone to just give me the appointment I need. Since when a receptionist gets to dictate if a patient needs the appointment or not?

You need to remember is tax payers as me who pay doctor's wages and most likely hers. In any moment I was rude nor disrespectful. I cannot say the same about the woman on the phone from the moment I booked the appointment. Unbelievable and extremely disappointed. I'll have to look for another women's clinic thanks to this person that thinks she runs the system and is up to her whether I need an appointment or not.

Dr Morgan is amazing. Very kind, patient, treats you like a human! Very refreshing. So good at her job and it does not go unnoticed!

Saw Dr Wang at the beginning of October for a referral to get a hysterectomy done. She sent one in and it was denied. They sent a new one in to a new doctor and even after 3 weeks of that doctor not giving an answer of being triaged they won’t do anything. They won’t even contact the referral doctor for an update. They don’t advocate for you the way they need to and it’s very disheartening when you have a condition that causes you great pain each month.
