We arrived 7 minutes late for our appointment and tried to call in advance to let them know but the phone line wasn’t working. We have a young daughter who is very ill and they wouldn’t see us because we were 7 minutes late even though they confirmed they take bookings in half an hour increments and we were there within that time. Overall I’m quite disappointed with the service and patient care should be the number one priority especially with a sick infant. It was very disappointing. I would not recommend making an appointment here.

Dr. Lama Mouneimne & their front receptionist Brittney were very kind. They booked me in faster than expected and were thorough yet considerate.

I’m very grateful ❤️

The place was very clean and organized as well with a nice waiting room!

I called 811 and talked to a nurse. She got me an appointment for my daughter here. The doctor was informative and thorough.

Dr. Mei Fun Seto was pleasant at first until I had a couple more questions for her regarding my health and she showed an immediate switch into a hostile response stating, “she couldn’t do anything for me and it wasn’t her job” to answer my 2 extra questions; it was extremely unprofessional and honestly quite disturbing. Doctors like her need to stop gate keeping people’s health and wellbeing and show compassion and empathy for their clients.

Extremely poor experience with an extremeley incompetent physician (Dr. Mei Fun Seto). Dr. Seto was unable to explain what I should do for follow up. I asked her what I should do if my condition did not approve (and in what timeline) and her response was "I don't know what you should do or when you should seek follow up". I asked her to write me a referral to a specialist and how I would hear back about this referral and she replied "I don't know who you'll hear back from about this or when". This Doctor, Dr. Mei Fun Seto, was unable to provide any answers to my questions about clinic policies and procedures, and displayed medical incompetence as she could not provide a timeline in which I should seek additional care if my condition did not improve. Overall, the physical space/office of CWCPCC was clean and bright and well-designed, but the physician care was extremely incompetent. I would not recommend using this Care Centre for any medical assessments due to blatant Physician incompetence, and would recommend visiting Urgent Care instead.

One of the nurses (or receptionist) raised her voice at me when I came in and let them know I was there for a referral from my doctor. She told me”we need to call you, you don’t just show up. That’s not how this works”. I myself am a 35 year old nurse and am disgusted at how we were treated. I don’t deserve to be chastised like a child when I am sick and pregnant. It has been 4 days and I still have not received a phone call although they confirmed they received my referral.

I have been to PCN a few times when I could not get into my GP. I have to say that I have only had great experiences with the Drs. That I have seen. Today I must give a shout out to Dr. Andrew Jun. His patience time and knowledge was very appreciated. He takes the time to listen to his patients and does not rush in diagnosing. He listens to his patients. That is a great quality for a Dr. to have! Thank you!

We had a phone intake appointment for 2:30 today. 3:11 and no call, and no one answering the phone. Previously we were waiting to schedule an appointment and received a rude voice-mail claiming we were a no show to the appointment we hadn't even made yet. This after almost a year of waiting for an answer to our referral. Terrible service. And this is for a mental health appointment for a child.
