Dr Franka is an amazing doctor. However over booked and too busy but still a good doctor.
His receptionists have always been very kind and polite
However his office manager is very rude and will never give your messages on to Dr Franka under any condition
Her name is Jenifer and she is the reason we left the clinic in our senior years we did not like dealing with a office manager that was like a bulldog
There is no need in life to mistreat seniors and be rude like this office manager does

Performed a muscle biopsy, extremely painful, took almost 48 hours before I could put pressure on my leg again, I think his threading came out when I changed my clothes that night..theres a huge gap in my leg..all that pain and still no answers to questions I've been seeking for almost a year..
Explained nothing to me, when I asked a he claimed to be the "tech"?
It's been almost 3 weeks and haven't heard a thing, nor has anything been posted in my medical charts..

I have had great experiences with Dr. Franka and absolutely love Nurse Tammy; they are both excellent professionals. However, the Russian receptionist at the front desk is incredibly rude and arrogant. Her attitude made me feel like I was transported to the Soviet Union rather than being in Canada. It’s shocking to encounter such behavior in a healthcare setting.

Thankfully, another receptionist, Luba, was a breath of fresh air. She is kind, helpful, and understands what customer service truly means. Her professionalism is the reason I stayed with the clinic.

I sincerely hope the clinic's management addresses the unprofessionalism of the other receptionist, as it really tarnishes an otherwise positive experience.

Dr franka is good. At least he listens. But I went in with an ingrown toe nail, he said he could cut it out right there, kinda did? But then didn't give me proper care instructions and It ended up getting worse infected. Ended up being able to solve it at home so it's fine. For non surgical issues I've been happy

Dr. Franka is the best doctor I've ever had! He is incredibly attentive and knowledgeable. His expertise and care truly make a difference. Highly recommend him!

Ukrainian receptionist needs to be fired. She's extremely rude and talks over everyone. She has the "I don't care about you" attitude. I know other people who go to this clinic and they say the same thing. Nobody can stand her, so don't feel special if she's mean to you too. I left a tearful message on the phone for the doctor and instead, she called me back. She said the doctor doesn't make house calls anymore - which really sucks if you have severe and complex health conditions and need yes or no answers. The wait time for an appointment can be over an hour long. So if you're in severe pain, good luck.
That said, Dr. Franka is an excellent doctor. He just needs a caring receptionist.

I had a very good experience at this clinic. Dr. Franka figured out something that other doctors haven't been able see just by looking at my chart, asking a few questions and putting my mind at ease. If more Doctors paid attention to what the patient was saying, we would have a much better system. Plus the receptions are fantastic. Friendly and helpful
