The team at CBI Health are amazing! I started seeing them over a year ago due to an elbow dislocation and it was apparent that I was recovering my range of motion at a very slow rate. They never made me feel like I wasn’t doing enough, they reassured me that elbows are difficult joints to bounce back from, and they worked on implementing different exercises and methods of stretching that best suited my specific needs. Additionally, they were so very accommodating to my poor schedule availability which was unbelievably helpful! Ruchi and Cam were my main therapists and I always felt incredibly comfortable with them. Thank you so, so much CBI team! 😀

There aren't enough words to express my gratitude towards the staff at CBI Health in Cambridge. When I got injured at work, I started physiotherapy right away, I could hardly move my hands, had a lot of pain, and was struggling to do the most simple things at home/work. Thanks to this amazing team that has been extremely professional and caring, I've improved so much that they made it possible for me to continue working and regain my strength, grip, and reduce the unbearable pain. I just wanted to say that I just love it at CBI~they are very professional, lovin, carin & super supportive to my needs!:) I got seriously hurt while on vacation in Jamaica a few mths ago & the kindness & care I continue to receive is far above what I expected:) All the staff from the front desk to everyone in the back are incredible! My favs physiotherapists are helpin me get back to being me:) Urooj & Niyati, I look forward to seein them every week..I mostly see Urooj now weekly due to my schedule and being able to work with that day more but they both have a incredible part in helpin put me back together:)) Thank u from the bottom of my heart for ur love & kindness u show to me Everytime I see u! I feel like a person not just a number there, I am blessed to have u all on my journey:)🩷 stay beautiful, stay exceptional!!!! If they had more than five stars~Id have added a whole lot more! The day after receiving extreme trauma to my dominant hand in a workplace injury, I was seen by the staff at CBI Health - Cambridge Conestoga and knew immediately that I was in the best possible hands. The emotional support I received from the team was invaluable to my recovery. Without their care and dedication, my hand would have never exceeded recovery expectations. RUCHI has been great! After hand surgery she was very gentle and kind and we moved forward slowly. Today is my last day and I appreciate all her patience using different hand exercises to get my hand back....thank you Ruchi
