I wish there was a minus or do not visit Marking— the most unprofessional doctor of my life, Dr.Parveen Gupta, I never knew that to visit a doctor I gotta tell only one problem in one visit, and for him to address my UTI and backache he mentioned that I should book another appointment to book a day off from work and come back again to the same place and just repeat my problem How does that even make any common sense And when i confronted him he said he cannot be with me for the entire day, he has other patients.. And he said we can change our family doctor. So my question is are the doctors overworked or they don’t care at all
Dr Gupta, you’re services and consultation is horrible..

Dr. Haifa Ayoub was my dear friend's long-time GP. When my friend developed a debilitating and terminal condition, Dr. Ayoub refused to fill out the disability paperwork unless someone came in person to her office to pay her for it -- the doctor would not accept a mailed cheque or any other form of payment. My friend, who was single, had become profoundly disabled and couldn't walk or drive. She died less than a year later. The obstruction and callousness of Dr. Haifa Ayoub still makes me angry and very sad.

This doctor listened and helped me right away! She didnt cut me off like dr gupta which is in the same office! I recommend her strongly she seems to care about her patients and wants to help rather then let you suffer, which is so appreciated, the front desk lady was extremely sweet as well and very helpful if you are deciding between the three doctors at 614 coronation, dr ayoub is your choice I promise you. Thank you again office for your help.

Dr Parveen Gupta’ office provides such a terrible service. Its hard to get appointments. Half off the time he is not working and other half he is on vacation. The nurses in the office never pick up my call and they do not even have the option to leave a voicemail. They want you to keep calling back untill they pick up the phone. I even suspect that they have blocked my phone no. If i call they do not pick up, but if wife calls on same time they will answer the call. I have tried it multiple times. They couldn’t send my prescription to my pharmacy for three days and always there was some issue. Worst experience ever. I will be putting in complaint with CPSO as i had same experience dealing with this doctor.

I’m happy with Dr Ayoub but it is very disappointing when we are trying to book an appointment and nobody answers the phone. It always goes to voicemail and they only call you back one or two days later when you can’t take the call, then you call back and goes to voicemail again and again you have to wait for their return. It is really frustrating.

I was contacted by the receptionist in regards to my daughter. When I was rudely hung up on, before I could explain that she was in the hospital and to ask if there was a message that I could give her, regarding the phone call.
*This was EXTREMELY unprofessional so... my one star is really a ZERO.
