I had a great experience with Cambridge Garden Centre. This was my first DIY project, Bevan from sales team was amazing! He helped me a lot in selecting the pavers and design. I had asked lots of questions to him but he answered all of them. Thank you Bevan. I would definitely recommned to family and friends.

I have only visited a few times, but the service has been great, the prices are some of the best ones I have seen for bulk products. I forgot to bring a pail with me that I really needed, and they went above and found one that they had laying around and gave it to me saving me a trip to home depot. I will definitely be returning for future jobs in the area.

Went with Cambridge Garden Centre for 3 yards of pea stone as this location was close to my house. When dealing with the sales people they were fantastic. Very helpful in getting me set-up and getting my return done when I ordered to much. This is where the good things end. On delivery day, I called in the morning to get a rough estimate of when stones would arrive. I had taken the day off work and had other family do the same to help. I was told that the dispatcher wasn't in at 9am and that I would get a call a little later. I then got a call at 10:30 saying that the stones would be delivered early in the afternoon (Great). However, early afternoon came and went with no stones or update. I called back at 1:30pm to ask about the delivery and was told that it should be 1-2hrs and then delivered. No problem. 2.5 hours came and went with no contact or delivery. I then called back and asked about the stones and was given attitude that I was calling to see why delivery has changed multiple times. After being told that their driver had to do one more delivery and would then be at my location by 4:45 the latest, I said okay. Keep in mind I now have people taking off a day of work for these stones that I thought would be delivered at some point in the day. 4:45 came and went and I then called at 5pm to ask again what is happening with the stones. Again I got attitude that I was calling to see what was happening, I was then told that the driver wasn't there and that they should be back and ready to go soon. I finally got delivery at 5:50pm! To go from early afternoon to 2:30-3:30 to then 4:45pm to then finally at 5:50pm. The location was 7 minutes away from this place. If you aren't a big company or ordering an insane amount of product a) don't expect the delivery people to care at all about you and b) expect the times to change every hour cause again you won't matter to them.

We had a small job to do: replace a walkway and front steps. Cambridge Garden Centre gave us a very competitive quote and we booked them to do the work. Then COVID happened and they weren't allowed to come out and do it until recently. Tony, the owner, made sure I was at or near the top of the list of projects when they were allowed to return and he was true to his word. His crew did a great job (as you can see). We're moving out of town so won't be able to use them for anything else, but we'd highly recommend. Just a great experience start to finish.

Excellent service! Our order was placed right before an unexpected stretch of rainy weather causing a delay in delivery. The garden center was very intent on delivering a top product and remained in constant contact to update us on the condition. The prices were very competitive as well. I would highly recommend!

Brandon was extremely nice, patient, and knowledgeable. We went in to get an idea for 2 backyard projects. 1 to make a 20x20 patio (like the one in the display) and the fire pit, and the second project is to do some steps and a patio with a slight grade down to grass. He explained the different steps to take before putting the stones down and the polymeric sand. Brandon also stated that they will guide us with our DIY projects, or they have contractors they will best match to our specific needs! We will be coming back here 💯!

Purchased some retaining wall stones here and have been pricing some other materials and I can't give enough stars to reflect how helpful the staff have been. Both Josh and Brandon have helped us and haven't tired of my endless questions. 100% recommended!
