Sensible doctor, but terrible staff. Lack of management.
Booked an appointment beforehand for family doctor(one week). Only to find that bunch of people were invited for about the same time and will be accommodated on appearance basis. Ironically, the staff blamed the doctor’s pace of work. It’s clearly lack of management.

Imagine had I been a patient! waiting in queue. What is the point of having a family doctor?

This is a new clinic in Cambridge that is very reliable.

They accepted me as their new patient. Dr Sunday Oloidi was a great physician and super accommodating. He was very helpful, respectful, polite, and recommended me to get blood tests done.

The receptionist was a very accommodating and booked me right away. It’s harder to get a Family Physician this time of the year — where everyone is so busy and sick. Good thing Gateway Medical Clinic is there to accommodate us. They went above and beyond! Highly recommend them.

Dr Oloidi is very thorough and knowledgeable. He takes the time to listen and he respects senior women as valuable and doesn't ignore them. He offers them the best treatment available to keep them as healthy as possible to ensure a longer life. He does this with a smile and some humour. He is a refreshing addition to our medical field.

We were also pleasantly impressed that he did our blood tests on site. The staff are also very friendly, helpful and attentive. The doctor Sunday and staff Aman are very friendly and caring . I was having problems with my lower abdominal and I had visited the clinic a months before. Just switched to Dr Oloidi’s practice and had my first appointment. He’s kind, warm, funny, and really put my nerves at ease (I have anxiety over meeting with drs) and he is very thorough and doing a full work up to start fresh. I’m super impressed. The on site lab is a huge bonus too!
