It was a very smooth experience!
The tech was very good and had proper bed side manners!

Given current situation of long wait times with our health care system to get an ultrasound; the extended time on certain days helps a lot.

Sitting here with my 90 year old, mother-in-law. Listening to everyone complaining about the wait time. The guy beside me had an appointment 1- 1/2 hrs ago, he just went in… it’s only been a little over 1/2 hr for us so far…. while I read and provide a review of my own….

I recently went in for an X-ray, and Neeraj did an excellent job. He was professional, patient, and made the whole process easy. His attention to detail and clear communication really stood out. I felt comfortable throughout, and the images were clear and precise. Highly recommended

I called to book my stat ultrasound appointment on an urgent basis, and the front desk attendant, Venula, was incredibly kind. Not only did she accommodate me, but she also ensured I was checked in on time, so I didn't have to wait at all.

Qasim, the technologist, was exceptional. I can honestly say he is the best technologist I’ve encountered in Canada. While I understand they are not supposed to discuss the results, he was very kind and took the time to answer my questions.

Overall, I had a great experience at this ultrasound clinic.

I had a fantastic experience with Niraj, the X-ray technologist. He was incredibly helpful and provided excellent service. Normally, X-ray results take about three business days, but he made sure to rush my results to my family doctor later the same day. I truly appreciate his dedication and will definitely return here in the future."

The staff is so experienced and they know how to handle every situation. Even if doctor’s test recommendations are misprinted or they have doubt, they clear it by calling the doctor themselves if possible at the same time. No wastage of time and very friendly staff. Thanks for your service.

Went there around 5pm and the Xray tech was still full of energy and good vibes. Didn't feel like he worked from 9am. Really great customer service!👍🏻💯

We always come here and this is the 1st time that we've had exceptional service. Great Job, Niraj! You rock.🫡👍🏻

Today I came walked in today without appointment as I called yesterday to inquire about xray. Unfortunately I got the wrong information when I called yesterday.

But with the help of Vemula she able to helped me to have xray done. She’s very knowledgeable and have empathy with patients. She explained with me how their clinic policy works which is I understand at the same I expressed with Vemula ( I’m sorry if I misspelled her name ) She understood how I feel. That’s why she gave me options

Option 1) I can go to Cambridge Hospital not emergency dept and do my xray there for my ankle — but she can’t guarantee me how long I have to wait

And I even asked her I can wait even for later if they can accommodate me at their clinic.

And she said I can have option number 2) after I said to her I’m willing wait here since I’m already here.

Option 2) She gave me is after 12:30

So this a tough call to make decision because I am limping already from my right ankle and because I want to get it done and find out what’s the cause of my right ankle swollen.

I chose to stay and wait patiently here.

So my suggestion to all the patients:

Anywhere that we chose to do our laboratories or anything related to our health. WE NEED TO RESPECT THE STAFF BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING THEY BEST TO ACCOMMODATE US AND ESPECIALLY ITS NOT THEIR FAULT THAT OUR HEALTH SYSTEM IN CANADA ESPECIALLY IN ONTARIO IS GETTING WORST.

My suggestion is:

We need to be kind to everyone and for me this place is AMAZING. THE STAFFS THEY TREAT THEIR PATIENTS WITH CARE AND RESPECT SO WE /PATIENTS WE NEED TO DO SAME THING.

I am so blessed that I met Vemula. She’s amazing and other staff too because I didn’t have to wait till after 12:30 or I didn’t have to go back on Monday either ❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏😇😇😇

I hope we have more facilities like this.
