As a first responder, seeking help took time due to stigma, confidentiality and trust issues. I'm still navigating challenges, as it often feels like I'm running through a haunted house without any clear way out. Trauma informed Psychologist Ms. Michelle Lucci has been a ghost buster....... guiding me with her support, experience, knowledge and understanding.

Hi folks! As regulated health professionals, we are not permitted to lobby for reviews nor do we respond to reviews as it would potentially breach confidentiality. Please know that as CPO registered providers, we are highly regulated and can only work within our scope. We cannot complete certain types of assessments nor can we treat certain type of mental health issues. We vet enquiries as they come in and can suggest other clinics that may be able to help if we are not the right place to address your troubles. We also often have a wait list and will close the list to new referrals if it becomes long. For those who are actual patients at the clinic, any type of concerns can be forwarded to your clinician. Of course our patients already know this. For those who are not our patients, we appreciate that when you call or email and don’t hear the response that you hope for, it can lead to disappointment and anger. When you leave a negative review because of this, please know that there is little we can do. We must practice within our scopes and there is no flex.

I HIGHLY reccomend The Cambridge Psychology Center. They are kind, caring and compassionate and they do there best to work with your sitiuation to make sure you are comfortable and supported. Dr. Sasa was the Doctor I was talking to and He is truly kind and very refreshing in the mental health space. Thank you for all you do!

Since under new management, contact lessens, tendency for clients to get lost. The treating professionals should be more diligent with booking sessions and follow ups than the patient. Communication needs improvement.

Contacted them for help and an assessment, and they turned me away without even giving me a chance, telling me to go to 2 other places that are much too far from where I live to access.
