I just had the best experience dealing with these guys all the way from Australia….. I was in the market to purchase some decorative faux hinges for shutter project at home, sent a email through and within moments Boris, the sales manger was back in touch with a more than reasonable quote including shipping direct from them. Nothing was too difficult even though my order wasn’t huge…… What a great company and guy. Thank you, Phil Western Australia!

I just ordered knobs and pulls online. I second guessed myself and sent an email asking to hold my order for a day so I could be sure. No problem. I was emailing back and forth with Boris and speaking to him on the phone. The whole process was so easy and Boris was very helpful and patient with me.

Worst company to deal with. Ordered a door knocker and paid extra for 2 day delivery. It was over 10 days before getting to Toronto and then said out for delivery but weather issue stopped it. Said the same thing the next day. Both days had perfect weather in Toronto!! Delivered today, had been repackaged, parts laying in the box! Installed it but the screw heads came off when using electric driver!!
Zero recommendation for this company! Worst ever!!

I placed an order on Jan 6. Tried to reach them by phone and chat on Jan 22 and couldn’t get through. Called again on Jan 23, got through and was told it would be ready the week after. Still nothing. Called again Feb 6 and was told the item was discontinued and they immediately gave me a refund. It would have been nice if they had informed me of this earlier instead of keeping me waiting for a month.

Good prices and fast delivery. I am leaving 3 stars (neutral) because I sent two emails to their 'orders' email and never received a response. I was told (via chat? IIRC) to instead send emails to their 'info' email which I did (along with the 'orders' address). All emails were ignored - I've never received a reply and it's been ~2 weeks. So my suggestion is to ignore the email contact addresses and call and speak with someone directly, or if you can, visit the store location directly

Canada Door Supply and Boris went above and beyond for our needs. When another large home goods online store fell through with their disingenuous shipping time, CDS saved the day. They had better pricing, though had to pay for shipping, but in the end it was about even and I actually got the product! Thanks for the great service.
