Every second third night they keep cancelling come and change my mom and give her pills and we've been talk to them with trying to figure things out and it seems like they don't even want to help my mom had an hour now they cut it to half an hour this is getting out of hand

Most disorganized company I have ever had to deal with. Constantly calling and canceling my mom’s appointments. I have repeatedly called and asked that her PSW come before noon and half the time they can’t even get that right!!!
I wish there were other options!
