Anne is an excellent therapist with an in-depth knowledge of how to keep an aging active person going. The deep tissue massage she provides is top drawer, and she is very good at working with you on specific injuries. Our family has been going to Anne for many years and are never disappointed.

As an Ironman Athlete and Ultra Runner my body takes its toll too. The volume of training can be 15-25 hours a week and I depend on a great team to help me stay injury free. Having a brilliant massage therapist is next level and super key to say the least. It’s not just a massage, it’s science and education backed up by explaining the anatomy and the mobility of what’s important. No one does it like Anne. She is the best all day long. I highly recommend her!!

Best massage therapist Ive found in the bow valley. I have a hard time finding therapists that can give a proper deep tissue massage but Anne never disappoints. Anne is very knowledgeable with sports injuries and always goes above and beyond to help me. If I have injuries she always gives me some exercises to do at home after the session. Highly recommended especially for people with sports injuries.
