From the first time I contacted Cannascribe I received nothing but professionalism. I immediately received a “welcome email” with all the steps needed to acquire my licence. I had a few questions when called the office I was greeted on the other end by Melissa. She answered all my question made sure that I was cool with the answers before hanging up the phone. Very professional with a great sense of humour.
The day of my appointment I was nervous. I didn't even have to leave my house. Everything was done via video conferencing. The doctor was friendly and was able to put me at ease. He discuss other methods with me such as oils and vaping as well.
If I would of known that it was that easy I would of done this years ago. Anyone at all with a medical condition should look into this.

Being a veteran, the process has been very easy to sign up. I found that all the agents there are knowledgeable as far as who is dispensing. Melissa usually answers the phone jovial,professional, and is quick to get answers if needed. Skype interview worked well for me and the doc gave an appropriate dosage. Appropriate, meaning that a lot of the industry goes over board with over prescriptions even though we are talking about pot, over prescribing by any means is bad on certain levels. He also encouraged healthier forms of intake like vaporizing as a good doc should. Being a new company, the patient service that you get makes them already mature in this industry. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement!
Highly encouraged to give them a call for novice and veterans!

Staff here are exceptionally knowledgeable, and to a great extent during the initial procurement of the licencing process, very helpful. When I first became a patient with Cannascribe, I was quoted a price that would cover the cost of issuing a licence and subsequent renewals (3mth then
6 mth and now yearly) and the interviews for renewals were done online. I am now being asked for additional monies for the issuance of a new certificate to replace one expiring soon. Why can't some businesses honour their word.....I'd love to give the names of the staff and Doctors that had confirmed the "pay up front" and no future charges but I think I have more class and honour than they do.

I find this place to be ok one day and not the next. On top of that they are the most expensive place I found. Expecting 350 for one year of "subscription" after paying them I found out I could of gotten this way cheaper. One place even said 70$ for the same thing they gave me INCLUDING seeing the doctor. Or actually I should of just went to the dispensaries through weedmaps. On top of that, the first time I had an appointment I had to reschedule because "something came up" also I spent 3 days trying to get a hold of them after paying my deposit. I wanted to make sure they got it ok. They accepted it but couldn't answer their phones? I was not impressed and I highly suggest people go somewhere else.

Had a most enjoyable experience working with this company!!! I found the staff to great when it came making the seemingly tough process very simple with the help of Melissa . I would recommend this company to any buddy that asks.
