Dr. Z., was extremely gentle with my first Botox treatment for migraines. I was apprehensive to go this way, however Dr. Z has such a calming presence throughout this entire process. I highly recommend this clinic!

Wonderful experience from the moment I walked in the door and was warmly greeted by the ladies at the front desk.

Very comfortable and beautiful seating area with coffee, tea and bottled water available.

Was less than 5 minutes and I was personally called by Dr. Stephan to a room.
My conversation with him was very enlightening and filled with information that has given me a feeling of hope for a healthy future for the first time in 10 years ! I did not feel rushed or ignored as is often the case.
Dr. Stephan allowed me to ask as many questions as I needed to and he was very thorough and made things so easy to understand.

After our conversation he introduced me to his assistant Danielle, who was just lovely;
to finish up the necessary paperwork.
She was so kind and helpful - you can tell she truly enjoys her career !

This was truly one of the most positive medical appointments I’ve ever had !

Every action from walking in for an appointment request to getting the moles removed was with exceptional service. To make an appointment take the time to walk in so you can understand the private clinic process. This makes hospital service look like second rate factory.

I have been utilizing Captivating for both their medical wellness and aesthetic services. I have felt very cared for and very heard with my concerns. It’s a shame that our regular doctors can’t do what these wonderful people do. With the wellness and hormonal therapies I have received I feel like a new person. Balancing hormones and other levels really does make all the difference. Having bloodwork done and each point explained to you and how it can be effecting your health is great. Nothing is pushed on you, rather benefits are explained and you make the final decision. I would recommend them to anyone if you are not feeling yours of. Having a healthcare team that listens and takes your concerns seriously is a major benefit to care.
