If I could give Cardinal Health 0 Stars, I would. I have tried to contact them multiple times to see about getting an Omni pump for my company so we can teach with it. I have emailed, called and emailed again and still, never an answer. They sent me out a survey and I was more than happy to give them a "Strongly unsatisfied". If you can avoid working with them (If they'll ever even respond to you) I would highly suggest around it.

Contacted by an employee of this company named Daniel Novakowski who requested catering services of my business. Unfortunately, due to our schedule we were unable to fill the order request following a couple of different date attempts. This was over 2 weeks ago now. Today, Mr Novakowski deemed it appropriate to post a negative review of my business and our insinuating poor customer service practices though we have never even provided any sort of service for your company.
Unwarranted attacks on small business are extremely poor form and will not be tolerated. We do hope that you consider speaking with Mr. Novakowski to address his actions as this ultimately reflects poorly on Cardinal health Canada.

impossible to get someone to help you.... I called and pushed 0 no answer then prompted to press 3 for sales help. Pressed 3 and indicated did not understand what was entered. When to staff list the gave X and Z letters to chose or 0 for help ... no one helped again
