Everyone there is friendly and helpful from the nice girl at the front desk all the way to the doctors. They are open to questions and generally you don't have to wait more than 15 minutes or less to see anyone there. It is generally quick to get into tests. I moved from BC and was absolutely blown away at how many doctors there are here and how easy it is to get in.

I also like that they have a social worker on staff and a psychiatric counselor. Pretty well a full service clinic.

They even do walk-ins on a limited basis. This is definitely one of the best clinics I've ever been a patient at.

The main caucasian receptionist lacks compassion. She has little to no respect for a person's current personal situation. Countless times I've called to feel belittled, her greetings and information is trying to say the least. If it wasn't for my wonderful doctor and his assistant I would seek another office. She would be better suited in a place where ignorance and disregard for peoples comfort wasn't an issue.

Normally good, not sure who the receptionist is now but not a fan.
Lacks social skills and empathy. Might want to look into learning that. Saying well you didn’t call an hour ahead to change an appointment that was set an hour ago due to changing pain levels, yeah not professional, empathetic or acceptable. Do better.
