I wanted to take a moment to commend Andrea, the medical receptionist at the clinic. Although the waiting it takes so long. She has consistently shown exceptional kindness and approachability during our visit. Her professionalism, friendly demeanor, and efficiency make the experience at the clinic smooth and pleasant. Andrea is always attentive to patients’ needs, answers questions patiently, and ensures that everything is well-organized. I really recommend her. 👍🏻👍🏻

I applied for life insurance, and the company sent a form to Dr. Pirisola to complete. It has now been a month and a half, during which my wife, the insurance representative, and I have repeatedly called the office to follow up. Every time, we are told that they will remind the doctor, but nothing has been done.

I have also reminded him in person, yet nothing happens. As he is my family doctor, I expected a higher level of care and responsiveness. Unfortunately, this delay has forced me to cancel my life insurance application and reapply elsewhere, resulting in a two-month setback. This experience has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.

Doctors actually listen to your concerns. Nurses are super sweet! I have been to multiple clinics, doctors and hospitals with my medical conditions with what felt like no answers. After visiting this clinic, the process has finally been started.
They truly do care and it’s in their name!

Unprofessionalism from the both the receptionist staff and Dr. pirisola. I came in to have a simple physician statement signed and they made it such a headache to do. Dr. Pirisola did not complete the forms 2 days in a row and when i even called several times to follow up and ask for reminders. The girls at reception stopped picking up my phone calls so I came into the clinic in person and they still didn't pick it up. I confronted them about their professionalism and asked for my refund for my physician statement back. I will never be using their services again. Also, just to let you know, I found another clinic that was able to complete it the same day and 1/3 the cost that you originally charged me. I am not a happy patient.

My husband and I have been going to this clinic for years and I personally have seen both doctors. They are both very good and we get excellent care here. Both doctors are funny and attempt to put their patients at ease. They also listen and address all issues and refer to specialists when needed. Very pleased. The reception staff is good too. We've never had to wait long. We are patients of these doctors though and not walk-ins. Walk-in clinics are unpredictable in terms of wait times.

This clinic is lovely! Dr Pirisola is incredibly helpful and kind. The nurse on staff when I went was also super helpful and understanding, and runs the clinic efficiently. The space is very clean, with lots of room in the waiting area. I went as a walk-in, and was seen very quickly within reason. I definitely recommend this clinic. There are also two pharmacies right next door, but were closed when I visited (on a Saturday).
