Pleasure doing business. Excellent site control, install team were thorough and efficient, site was left clean. We love our new windows, the black interior/exterior adds a great design element. Noticed a big change in the warmth of our house with the cold weather. Thanks!

We had windows installed end of August 2024 - I contacted “Chad Kirby” - in regards to some issues with the way some of the windows were “patched” up. I just wanted some clear idea if this is what is expected when installing windows. I was hoping they could possibly “fix” some of the windows that genuinely looked like they were done not in the greatest quality. I’m not an expert but maybe this is the way installed windows are supposed to look. The disappointing part of it all - is that I called Chad, left a message, he called me back - quickly explained the issue. I told him I’d send pictures and heard nothing back. After about a week or two (I know people get busy) I sent another email - and heard absolutely nothing back. Very frustrating and unfortunate to just completely ignore. Even if you that nothing is wrong - a call or email back would’ve been nice. My family had their house done by cayman and none of their windows look like our windows. Pictures below - could be just me - but judge them yourselves and decide if it’s good or not! (Patch up job on the boarder of the windows and the one photo shows the plastic part of the window (inside of it) cut.

We couldn't be happier with our windows and front door from Cayman. We had our front door and front windows done in 2019, and we just had the rest of our windows replaced in November 2022. Everyone at Cayman is professional, helpful and responds right away to emails/telephone calls. We have had many people comment on our beautiful windows and we would highly recommend this company. From the office staff, salespeople, installers, everyone is awesome! Thank you so much for a job well done! To our recent crew Sam, Jeff, Anthony and Brighton you are truly the best! We had all of the windows in our house replaced by Cayman Windows and Doors recently. From the initial quote to the install, our experience was excellent. I can't speak to longevity just yet, as the windows have been in for less than a month at this point, but so far we are very happy with the product.

We used Cayman to replace a few windows in a previous house and were very satisfied with their work and price.
Fast forward 15 years and a new house that had handy man windows installed and needed to be replaced. Again very satisfied with price they quoted and the installation was excellent. The install team was fabulous and attention to detail was appreciated.

This is my second time in 12 years getting windows from Cayman. The first time we had 6 windows replaced and it went very smooth. The service was great! We had a small issue and they addressed it the next day without any hassles. This time around we had the rest of the windows in the house replaced (12 windows) and the experience was the same as it was 12 years ago. The price for 12 windows was less than our quote for just 6 windows from 2 other competitors. You can't beat the quality either. If I could give Cayman 6 stars I would.

Super happy with our new window and the service! The installers were polite, friendly and efficient. Cleaned up everything both inside and outside the house (which is not always the case with maintenance/ service). Window is high quality too! Highly highly recommended them!
