I had a fantastic experience at CBI Health - Kanata Edgewater. The staff are super friendly and really know their stuff. They took the time to understand my pain and tailored a treatment plan that worked wonders. The atmosphere is relaxed, making each visit something I looked forward to. I highly recommend them to anyone needing top-notch care.

I had a fantastic experience at CBI Edgewater. I received awesome treatment from a team composed of Arpita, Chantelle, Jane, Valerie et al.

They tried their best to bring me back to pre-MVA and they were very professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always take to time.

Their support in my road to recovery cannot be overestimated. Though, I'm still in much pain but I've experienced a tremendous improvement in my pain management post-MVA.

I cannot complete my review without mentioning exceptional customer service experience always provided by Favour.
This is a go to clinic for your pain and concussion care/management.

Amazing experience. Everyone there was kind and my appointments always on time. I extremely recommend the clinic,I was a patient under WSIB, I had previously started my recovery treatment at a different clinic and what a difference here, I’m glad I switched. Cherylann and her team of assistants are great, very kind, patient, and knowledgeable.

I suffered a TBI and was very hesitant on the proper care I would receive with this work injury. Upon starting my program with CBI Health, I was welcomed with kindness from all the employees and my problems felt heard. I saw Sherri and she is absolutely lovely, caring, and very involved with her clients. I also saw Petra and her bubbly personality as well as her warm heart when caring for patients shined through during every appointment. I’m very thankful I was at the right place post injury and would recommend this place to anyone who’s dealing with a workplace injury!

The CBI location is awesome very clean and the staff were wonderful to deal with. My physiotherapist (Arpita) is very helpful and got my issues resolved. Would definitely go back if l had to but hope l do not have to.
