I had a very positive experience at CBI Health while recovering from a hairline fracture. From the moment I walked in, I felt well taken care of. The front desk staff, Kritika, was very welcoming, kind, and helpful. She made booking and rescheduling appointments very easy, which I really appreciated during the process.
My physiotherapists, Reema and Connor, were both exceptional. They took the time to understand my injury and created a personalized treatment plan that helped me manage my pain and gradually regain strength and mobility. They were always attentive, knowledgeable, and encouraging throughout every session. I felt like I was in safe hands and appreciated how they explained each step of my treatment in a clear and supportive manner.

CBI health has gone above the metrics in patient care and quality. Front desk Chritica has helped me with technology and any Questions I had with a friendly smile. She is Always welcoming when you arrive at the facility. Maddie is such an inspiration, especially on those days you feel discouraged and exhausted. She is professional but also sensitive to the human side of recovery. Connor is the Rock of the facility. He is knowledgeable and reassuring.,Injuries not only cause physical loss but social, and emotional loss. Whenever I see Connor I feel better and motivated not to give up. Both Maddie and Connor know how to speak to patients and keep them reassured. I have 100 % trust in their guidance! I've had an amazing experience with CBI Health in Sudbury and can't recommend them highly enough. I’ve been seeing Connor, my physiotherapist, for ongoing shoulder pain that I’ve dealt with for years. Thanks to his knowledge, patience, and targeted treatment approach, I’ve seen significant improvement and finally feel hopeful about a full recovery.

Connor also treated my father-in-law after his bicep tendon repair surgery, and the level of care and attention he received was outstanding. Connor’s ability to tailor each treatment to the individual needs of his patients really sets him apart.

My husband was also a patient at CBI after suffering a concussion and a sprained ankle, and both Connor and Reema played a huge role in his recovery. Their combined expertise and encouragement helped him regain strength, mobility, and confidence throughout his rehab process.

I also want to give a special shout-out to Madie, the Kinesiologist, who is always so friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful during each session. She brings such a positive energy to the clinic and is fantastic at keeping exercises both effective and engaging.
