Had operations on my head and leg at the same time that had a lot of dressings that had to be changed a number of times per week. In my opinion the staff could not have been any more competent, knowledgeable or friendly. They were good enough to show my wife how to apply the dressings to save us quite a few trips and they supplied an adequate number of dressings. After a few months of their professional care, today was my last visit. They (and my wife) have done a fantastic job. Thank you all for your help. Sincerely hope that you never require their services, but if you do rest assured that the CBI nurses in Kanata are fantastic.

Wow, what a turnaround experience from another doc office I went to on Friday for wound dressing & packing!

Nurse Kelly was gentle, careful, provided me with much needed take home supplies and put on a waterproof dressing that I had asked my doc to put on for over a week!

She took the time to nurse the wound with a freezing gel, pack it and dress it appropriately.

10/10 I would never want to go back to a doctor’s office for something like this ever again - these nurses actually care!

Today morning I went for dressing for my wound in my leg. I was little late and the nurse mentioned that I was late and I apologized her. She opened the stick and punctured the wound and it was very bad. Blood came very badly and she didn’t even mind and I was in pain because she punctured the wound very badly. The only thing which came out from her mouth was that please come on time and she also scared me that I have to go to the doctor and cut open the wound again. I have been to this location for 2 weeks now all the nurse there was kind and helpful except this rude lady. Wednesday March 13th 2024 ,8:40 AM was my appointment . Please be very careful with this lady.

I am beyond grateful.for the kindness, care and skill of the nurses at CBI on Hearst Way. They are just beyond professional and compassionate. Despite being super busy they remain focused on patient care. They have offered me all the support needed to help me take care of my mom. From the bottom of my heart thank you and if I could give you 10 stars I would!!
