I usually don’t leave reviews since getting massages is part of my routine, but I just had to for this place.

The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the waiting area was so cozy and beautifully designed.

The massage itself was absolutely amazing. I had my session with ‘Alana’, and she was incredible—perfect pressure, a precise understanding of where I was tense and needed work, and flawless technique throughout the session.

It was honestly the best massage I’ve ever had. I’ve tried massage shops in Banff and Canmore, and this one is by far the best. Highly recommend checking it out!

Just had a great couples massage there. Excellent. Don’t let the entrance in the mall fool you, the inside of the spa is gorgeous. Our masseurs were amazing. We highly recommend you going. Worth every penny!

Had the C+S signature treatment after two days of paddling and it was sooo relaxing. The therapist had great technique and the table was very comfortable. I wish I had the option to add on the infrared sauna to the treatment. As a Banff local, I’m happy to add another space to my wellness arsenal!
