On Aug 4, 2025 we were driving back from Drumheller when my toddler badly needed to use the washroom and was in tears. Other businesses had already closed (likely due to the long weekend) and we were desperate. We pulled into the Coop Gas Station and the 2 young gentlemen, likely sensing our desperation, welcomed us inside. The bathroom was pristine, and the young gentlemen patiently waited for us to finish. I did not realize until we left the shop that those gentlemen allowed us to use the washroom right at their closing time, and patiently waited until 15 minutes after they were supposed to be closed. We truly appreciate their compassion and understanding. Those young men deserve a raise!

No complaints about the service on the day I stopped in. However, I do wish to give a heads up..... to check your receipt before you leave. I was charged the pre-auth amount, not the actual cost of my fuel fill up.. Either someone didn't complete the transaction correctly or there is something fishy going on. Be Aware, or be prepared to be out of pocket.

The young guy doing full service outside is very friendly and helpful. The old guy who was inside and sometimes goes outside is just grumpy and generally unhelpful. I went in to ask if I could get my Co-op card reissued because it was stolen from my truck a while back. I wanted to check what number it was and if I could get another card. He told me he could only check if I bought something. So I bought a chocolate bar that I didn't want, and he printed out a receipt and said "there's your Co-op number." I told him that what I wanted was a card. I asked if he couldn't issue me another card or let me fill out an application. He just shook his head and told me no and made it clear he had better things to do. If you want my business, do something about that employee and get back to me.

My retired father came by before his camping trip for propane today. And after asking for assistance loading his 3- 30lb propane tanks he was refused and left to load them by himself.
He has already lived through a heart attack and now given no help he is back to having chest pain.

My truck broke down Saturday afternoon and Sarah and the rest of the staff we so good to me. They helped me move( pushed it) my truck out of the way. Sarah went above and beyond to help me fell better and ensure that I was not cold. I was there for most of their shift until could get the starter changed on my truck. My truck picked the best place to breakdown. Everyone, especially Sarah were so kind and courteous. could not have asked for a better place to break down. ,Thank you Sarah for making what could have been a highly stressful and anxiety fueled day into day that i will remember for years to come. Top notch customer service.

Went to use the carwash only and was charged an xtra $2.00 on top of carwash fee, Xtra charge was advertised in small print on a sign inside which I saw on the way out. Not once was I advised of the xtra charge even when I mentioned I had never been there before. There was a big sign outside regarding carwash but no mention of xtra charge as all of the numerical values have been removed..Its only $2.00 but at least let me know ahead if time. Nicely played CO-OP you got me this time..

The gas station nazi is really saving the world by paroling the pumps to make sure no one is idling...it's -30 go away!!

Do NOT pull in if you are towing anything, no spots to turn a camper around and if you are brave, you’ll get the consequence of ripping the stairs from your rv off due to the steep exit onto the road!
