I have have been at a lot of stables over the years. I’ve seen lots of stables that are beautiful facilities, and severely lacking in horse knowledge and care. Millennium Equestrian is 100% NOT one of those! My two horses are so happy here! Fed three times a day, a big shelter, an indoor to use for inclement weather, an outdoor for when it is nice weather, and paddocks with very good drainage. While the older wood fencing might look a little beat up, it is maintained, and the care provided by Sarah & Marc is second to none. They are highly supportive of their clients and students, and are strong believers in staff and students gaining as much knowledge about all aspects of horsemanship as possible. When my mare required surgery and forced stall rest for 2 months, they opened up a box stall for her no questions asked. They hauled her to the vet for surgery, along with my gelding who went along as a blood donor. When they picked them up a few days later, it had blizzarded for three days prior. Sarah and Marc made sure that my mare had access to all of the rehab facilities after her surgery, they and their staff were a huge part of why Feliz has made such a successful recovery from a condition that should have ended her life. And they are always either working to upgrade the facility itself, or upgrade their knowledge. And having run some facilities myself over the years, a few wobbly fence posts are not the end of the world, especially when they are balanced out. Y a wealth of knowledge.

Millenium is one of the few facilities I’ve been at where I’m fully confident my horses needs are being completely covered. I can leave my horses sitting for months (while Covid had shut down the world) and when I come back, they’re in fantastic shape. Scheduled farrier service (where they catch your horse) ✅ vet care on site (with no call fees) ✅, scheduled deworming/vaccines ✅, high quality hay ✅ these guys cover all the most important things. And on top of that; you have access to a heated arena and tack up space, outdoor ring, and ditch riding/edge of the hay field, and scheduled activity days/clinics. Do I wish we had access to more trails? Yep! Did the owners find a way to incorporate more trail excursions for the barn as a whole when I voiced this? They sure did! These guys really put in the extra effort and I’m a lifer 🥰

Our daughter was a novice in a lesson program at another barn when we relocated to Millennium Equestrian & Rehabilitation Centre a few years ago. When she was still starting out, we were looking for a flexible, supportive, hands-on facility that would help her explore the equine world in general as well as participate and compete in the sport through training and fostering and nurturing her skills as a rider - we ended up finding a community of riding enthusiasts at all skill levels willing to educate, teach, mentor, inform and help each other out and with strong values in common, the most important of which (to us), was to experience and appreciate the pleasure of riding while caring for the wellbeing and safety of both riders and their horses. In the time we have been there, our daughter has found many positive role models (in sport, science, and business) and she has learned a variety of skills, many of which she has been able to transpose in her everyday life and development at a key age as she matures. We are very proud of her progress, and very appreciative of the time and energy the owners and staff that the facility puts in to make that happen. From the indoor/outdoor arenas, on-site events, the lesson program to the purchase of our daughter's first horse, to the available conditioning, fitness, and rehab services, to group camping trips and road trips for low key events all the way to transport and travel to compete in other provinces for events at locations such as Thunderbird Show Park in BC: this sport is a significant commitment in time and financial resources, but we have no regrets or reservations whatsoever about recommending this barn to new riders or anyone looking for a change - we would not change or trade in our experiences with this facility and its barn family for anything. Whatever we have put in, we have gotten out ten fold.

I arrived with my daughter at Millenium Equestrian 2 years ago and it has been the most rewarding barn we could have hoped for. Coaching by Sarah is enjoyable, encouraging, fun and rewarding. The barn provides the care and support you hope for, for your horse. Experienced staff have looked after my daughters horse and have allowed him to be at his finest conditioning. My daughter had hit some hurdles and needed the type of training Sarah provides to now be the rider that I could have only have imagined. I can only encourage anyone that is looking for a well kept, friendly, affordable barn and a trainer that supports your equestrian, this is the barn that I highly recommend for you.

Where to begin...as an adult wanting to get into the English riding community, I was skeptical and nervous of barns as there are many labeled as snobby and exclusive. Sarah and Marc and Millennium as a whole, are none of those things. They are the kindest, funniest, and inclusive people I have met and I am thankful to call Millennium my home barn. The caliber of knowledge and passion for both horse and rider is top notch and I absolutely love how far I have come in my ability as a rider and horse enthusiast, all thanks to Sarah as my trainer. Beyond that, the community at the barn is fantastic and I would recommend this barn to anyone from beginner to advanced . I have never felt stupid asking questions and wanting to expand my own knowledge as Sarah and Marc are so gracious and understanding. Thank you Millennium for everything you do and I am so thankful to be a part of your amazing community you work hard to build.

Our twin girls started equestrian riding lessons over a year ago. They both train at the same time which makes it very convenient for all of us. Sarah is an excellent coach. She is patient and kind and really knows her horses well. The girls have been riding various training horses and have enjoyed each and every one of them. They are all unique and gentle. It is fantastic that we are able to help out our girls with getting the horses ready for their lessons. And love that we get the chance to interact with the horses as well. I would gladly recommend Sarah and Millenium to anyone thinking of taking lessons.

My horse has been treated so well since she came into Sarah's care almost two years ago. Any concerns are always addressed promptly. My beloved Arabian has been taken into the barn family and has begun lessons with the beginner students. Sarah is excellent and one of the best trainers I've worked with.

We board our horse at Millennium Equestrian and our teenager daughter takes lessons with Sarah and we absolutely love it! The facility is lovely, Sarah is an amazing coach and trainer, and we feel like we are part of a family. Before coming to Millennium my daughter was at a crossroads in her development as a rider - she was struggling with managing her horse and had lost confidence in herself. Just 6 months later she has never been happier and more confident. Sarah is an incredibly knowledgeable, kind, patient, and competent coach. By taking things slow and establishing a solid relationship with my daughter and her horse, she has helped the both of them overcome the difficulties they had been facing and now instead of lessons that end in tears, she is always smiling.
