Dr. Julia Shcherbatykh is an amazing family doctor. She's kind and very professional. My son Conor usually doesn't like anyone to touch him when he's hurt, but Dr. Julia made him feel safe. With just a few kind words, she helped him clean his wound that he get from soccer game earlier and get his shot without crying. That was really special for us. I am also visited her clinic, Rejuvenate Cosmetic Clinic and Spa, is a peaceful place where you feel welcome. I'm very happy with the care I get there and I think anyone looking for a good doctor and a nice spa would love it too!

I have just been for the first time in seeing Dr. Ivan Shcherbatykh, ( but I think 🤔 I will say Dr. Ivan for now) at the Charing Cross Medical Family Practice & Injection Clinic for my injections in both knees. I have learned more in this visit with Dr. Ivan than I have in all the years in the past from the previous Drs . I am so very pleased with this visit and happy I have come. I strongly recommend if you are interested in going I would definitely recommend It 👍

I've had chronic pain in my shoulder for years and went to see Dr. Ivan for a recommendation of what I could do. He recommend that I had injections of Platelet-rich Plasma to help my shoulder heal. This has turned out to be a great decision and recommendation because after 3 injections my pain is completely gone.
I would highly recommend Dr. Ivan and this procedure for anyone with chronic pain (with his approval of course). The procedure is virtually painless and relief can be felt by the following day.
Great clinic and staff - always friendly and welcoming.

I received a phone call from the office in regards to my review. I appreciate Rhonda taking the time to call and speak with me. I feel heard and felt the apology was sincere. Thank you for your call I hope future visits will be more positive.

So disappointed. The support staff are so rude. You can't ask any questions without getting a rude, ignorant response. I was asking for clarification in regards to my 4 month old daughter. As a new mom to be treated with such disrespect when I have every right to ask for clarification in regards to my daughter's health. Seriously thinking of finding a new doctor's office.

Have been going to the medical centre for many years as a patient of Dr. Julia and most recently Dr. Ivan. They both provide excellent medical care and answer any questions or concerns. Front staff are courteous and helpful.
