I initially went to this dental clinic for a free cleaning and check-up. After that, they convinced me that I needed four fillings.

While the receptionists were friendly and welcoming, I’m unsure about the professionalism of the dentists. There’s no information available about their qualifications, and their approach left me feeling uncertain about their expertise.

Dr. Karim pushed unnecessary treatments and was overly aggressive during the procedures, causing harm where it wasn’t needed, likely just to make extra money. He gave me a very large dose of anesthesia, which made me feel unwell. Afterward, I had to return to the clinic four more times to fix my bite and deal with the pain and sensitivity, but nothing helped. I told him that I didn’t feel well, but he reassured me that everything should be fine. However, it wasn’t. He even shaved healthy teeth without my consent, making the situation worse. The problem was never resolved.

Additionally, during my first visit, I had to wait for an hour, even though I had an appointment. To make matters worse, the dentist was attending to another patient’s dental work while I was waiting, which was frustrating and unprofessional.

In the end, I suffered for two more months before I went to another clinic. They fixed everything in just one visit and told me that the work done at this clinic was poor. However, the consequences are irreversible, and I’ll have to live with these teeth for the rest of my life, always knowing that it could have been better.

I regret choosing this place and would never recommend it to anyone.

I’m so glad I found Charisma Dental! Dr. Kamran is amazing—super professional, patient, and made sure I felt comfortable the whole time. I usually get a bit anxious about dental visits, but he and his team made it a stress-free experience. Agit at the front desk was also fantastic—super kind and helpful with scheduling and answering all my questions. The whole place has a really positive and welcoming atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Expect service that will cater to your needs and make you feel very valued and cared for. Stephanie was super accommodating and gracious as well and answered all our questions. Huge upgrade from the previous dental office I used to visit. Recommend coming here if you want to best for your dental health!!

I recommend this place, the people are very kind and professional, I had my teeth cleaned and the girl made me feel very comfortable, I took the opportunity to have two wisdom teeth extracted and it was not painful at all, the doctor was very professional and explained the entire procedure and aftercare to me.
Personally, my English is bad, but they make you feel comfortable. There's also a super friendly girl at reception who helps you translate. Thank you very much.
