Chartwell St Albert is a welcoming community and where my Mother is choosing to spend her elderly years enjoying the many amenities available.

We received 5 star service from Steven Krahn, Retirement Living Consultant. His prompt response to phone calls and questions was top notch He is caring, welcoming and provided invaluable knowledge to resources and services. Steven spent as much time as was necessary to assist with the paperwork and transition to Chartwell living! We witnessed Steven’s positive, cheerful demeanour as he toured us around and engaged with residents along the way. He is a shining star who obviously loves working at Chartwell St Albert!

Mom is looking forward to moving in and especially eager to sample Chef Geoffrey’s cuisine.

My parents wanted to find a place that met all of their requirements for dignified seniors independent living, and Chartwell St Albert was within the top 3 rankings of all of the residences that we visited. Steven Krahn is spectacular at his job as a lifestyle consultant. He welcomed us and made us feel like part of the family from the minute we entered. What stood out to us was how many residents wanted to say hi and share the joy of their living at this location. Steven was so warmly greeted by all and took time to connect with everyone we passed. The quality of a residence is measured by the energy and the tone of all who reside there and we felt joy and community. Thank you Steven for assisting us as we toured this facility. Came to Chartwell with my father and took a tour of the facility with Steven. We can’t thank Steven enough for the information and thorough description of how the process works and what Chartwell offers. The only downside is the lack of availability to secure a suite. My mother and father can’t wait to be in the facility and to be reunited with some of their friends.

Chartwell St. Albert is a warm and welcoming community where residents truly feel at home. The team is positive and friendly, creating a supportive environment for everyone. One of the highlights is the in-house meals, the chef clearly loves what he does, and it shows in the quality and care put into every dish!

Management listens to residents and fosters a strong sense of community through engaging events, great food, and genuine care. You can see that the residents love living here, and it’s easy to understand why. I highly recommend Chartwell St. Albert for anyone looking for a vibrant and caring retirement community!

My sister, brother and I escorted our mother to visit Chartwell. Steven Krahn greeted us warmly. In fact, there was reserved parking and a welcome sign.
Mr. Krahn is friendly but professional, obviously enjoys his job and working with seniors. He talked to all of us yet managed to make our mother his focus. Mum was delighted, felt heard and really considered.
Thanks to Mr. Krahn, our mother has her retirement home selected.

Our Dad has been a resident of Chartwell St. Albert for the past two years. Our experience with Steven Krahn was fantastic right from our first phone call and meeting. The tour was informative and we did not feel rushed. Steven really cares about the residents and the families of the residents. He never makes you feel like you are a bother, or that you are taking to much of his time.
He listens and explains things carefully. He has offered many suggestions to ensure our Dad has everything he needs to help with his care. Its hard to find out all the information that you need so its great to have such a knowledgeable person to talk to.
The nursing team is an incredibly kind group of individuals that also treat each person with respect, dignity and kindness. Dr. Redel, at Chartwell is one of the best Doctors we have every met. He is easy to talk to and explains things in a easy manner for the resident and our family to understand.
The team of individuals that host the many events do a really great job and they seem to have fun right along with the resident's. They encourage family's to join in events too. Its really nice to see how much fun everyone is having. Its nice to feel so welcome here.
Our family feels very blessed to have our Dad in this residence. We know he is safe, happy and well looked after should he need any assistance after we have leave.
Dad still makes his own breakfast and lunch in his suite but does go to the dining room for dinner. He said there and many choices and he can also find something that appeals to him.
We would recommend this warm and welcoming place to all families.

Chartwell St Albert is a wonderful place for seniors flourish and enjoy their lifestyle. The staff are top notch and really do work towards "Making Lives Better". I do work here and I have to say it is one of the best places I've ever worked.

Incredible facility. Incredible stall. While we were touring Chartwell St. Albert two residents voluntarily came up to us to tell us how much they love it. Stephen, was incredible. His introduction and handling of the paperwork was kind, genuinely caring, and professional.
