I would like to thank everyone at Chartwell Stillwater Creek Retirement Residence who have helped in welcoming and taking care of a family friend. The staff are extremely caring, helpful, thorough, provide a lot of information, pleasant and go out of their way to ensure that my family friend is well taken care of. They make us feel like we are part of their "family" and my family friend feels like he is at "home"; two important heartfelt words. I sincerely thank everyone.

My parents moved to Stillwater in 2014 and really appreciated the support and flexibility provided. My father passed away afterwards and my mother loved the residents, staff, and facilities. She recently passed away at 98, after a full and healthy life. She specifically enjoyed the activities especially the bridge group and excursions. The variety of support levels and options also kept her engaged, and safe during the pandemic. I highly recommend this place for seniors that will take advantage of the options and wonderful staff.

I stayed at Chartwell Stillwater after I had operation. From the time I got there the staff was amazing to me. The front desk lady called me by my first name all the time. I can’t say enough about the PSW, dining room staff and the nursing staff. I had amazing dealing with Mangement staff Makayla and Gail. I can say 100% when it’s my time to go into a home it will be Chartwell Stillwater.

I visit Stillwater at least 3 times a week. It is a friendly, clean, well kept facility, where the staff call both residents and frequent visitors by name.
My brother (in assisted living) is always well looked after, clean and he says that the food is usually great.
The staff seem very competent , his needs are usually met quickly and with no fuss. If someone needs to be called in, it is done with no hesitation.
The covet emergency has been handled in a carefully controlled manner, with excellent results.
The staff deserve a big congrats for the great job that they do.

My mother moved into Stillwater in May, the increased social contact has been great for her. More importantly our experience with the team of people who work there has been great - supportive, helpful, friendly. I never worry about her safety or well being. I would recommend Stillwater.

My parents have been at Stillwater Creek for the past two years. The transition to living in a high care environment after spending their lives at home went very smoothly. The staff are very considerate, the meals are good and my mom loves the trips that they take residents on quite frequently.

I was looking for a retirement residence for my parents and met with a lovely lady by the name of Makayla. She and her Colleague Shree were wonderful and very pleasant to be with, they new much about the home. They took the time to discuss the processes and timeframes that would fit my parents’ needs. We will absolutely be considering Stillwater Creek after such a wonderful experience and such positive representatives such as Makayla and Shree. Thank you for all that you do.

Stillwater seems to hand-pick their staff - they are all very friendly and genuinely care about the people they serve. My mother is happy and extremely well looked after. It's always clean and the food is even decent. I'm very happy that my mother spends her final years in such a lovely, caring atmosphere.
