This place is an absolute joke, Dr Chandrasena is with holding my asthma medication during a flare up I have 46% of my lungs working at the moment but cannot for the life of me get my puffers to help me recover from this attack.
And everytime I call in to speak to anyone it takes over 10 mins for them to pick up the phone and normally don't get any help at all.

It's sad to say I would rather suffer then deal with this facility 90% of the time

What a joke of a doctors office. Dr.lanz-obrien is absolutely ridiculous. I was a patient of his for three years, then I had to move to Toronto for work for maybe 6 months, and even though I was moving home dropped me as a patient. He told me once I returned he’d bring me back on. I have medications that he prescribed to me to help me sleep, and I’ve been on them since I’ve been with him, and I rely on them, now I have a hard time getting them because even though he said he’d bring me back on he lied. I then asked for medical records because now I have issues from this medication HE PUT ME ON. They refused to give me my own medical records saying it takes to much time and they’ll get to it when they can, however couldn’t tell me how long that’d be. Are you kidding me? What kind of a joke is this? Honestly, don’t trust these people. Their attitudes are horrible, they’re lazy, and they love milking the government for all the money their receiving yet don’t know how to do their job. I’ll be calling the the patient and public help centre to report this. Shouldn’t be too hard to print a couple of papers off but I wouldn’t doubt it takes that long with how incompetent the lady sounded over the phone.
