Waiting 11 hours for just 5 stitches is frustrating and exhausting. The long delay adds to the pain and stress of the injury, making an already uncomfortable situation worse. Time feels wasted, leaving you upset about inefficient healthcare and your unmet needs.

My wife Katrine and I wish to commend the ER staff for their courtesy under very strenuous conditions. I witnessed dedication and caring which is very rare these days.
I saw where they went above and beyond.

I went in to emerge around 2am last night, I was brought back and taken care of straight away regardless of them being extremely busy and short on staff until 7am. The nurses and doctors were nothing short of amazing, besides the long waits due to it being extremely busy, they did their absolute best to be extremely attentive to everything I needed for the 18 hrs I was there for!

Three hours still waiting, my family doctor is away for a month and as it is my medical need came about on the weekend. Many have left after 3 hours of waiting, totally depressed and in pain and it seems if I expired in my chair no one would notice unless I fell off my chair onto the ground. You might say I’m ungrateful and complaining but when I see parents with sick children and elderly waiting for hours it is discouraging.

I had a really long review, but after consideration I've decided to leave you with a TLDR:

I had a very unpleasant time (8.5 hours) the nurses were alright, the doctor was unpleasant and unhelpful (and also clearly didn't read my intake form), I would not come here again even if I was in mortal danger, because I simply do not trust the staff's medical capabilities. The only way I'll ever go back is if it's against my will.
