My experience with the CHATS Caregiver has been excellent. She is always punctual, very warm, and always in a good mood. We have a lot of fun together! She encourages me to walk outside, play cards, and talk, always in a very respectful manner. CHATS representatives have also been very understanding and helpful. Highly recommended service!

Terrible! Just terrible!
Unfortunately we’ve had a terrible experience with Chats. The staff are extremely unprofessional and have no clue what they’re doing!
At first we were offered a certain amount of hours at our assessment- that was denied once the “psw” started! I use the term psw loosely- she spoke minimal English, would sleep on my couch mean while my mother in law who has minimal mobility and vision is in the basement!! . It took the company 3 months to figure out how they could resolve this issue!
They finally offered 3 hours, and on the day of contacted me and said that the psw would be starting at a different time then scheduled!!!
I understand that they’re a not for profit organization but they have to understand that caregivers and their families are reliant on their services.
Very disappointing!!!!

Bradford CHATS has been everything we hoped for and more as it relates to supporting our family. My mother is almost 93 years old and the team at CHATS is incredible; supporting her needs at this stage of her life. My father (86 years old) who is the main caregiver receives a much needed break when she's in the CHATS day program. Our lives have improved greatly with this program. So much gratitude to the CHATS team!

Looking forward to trying MOW (Meals on Wheels) especially now as I recover from Orthopedic Surgery, as is my husband since he's been doing absolutely everything both pre and post surgery while I have been incapacitated. Love the fact that the menu selections are identified for all nutritional needs, even Gluten Free, or Low Sodium, etc.... And a BIG 'Thank You' to Emily V. Program Co-ordinator for MOW, for helping me navigate the MOW system, recommending some of the 'favorites' and expediting our order due to special circumstances. Emily is a GREAT ambassador for the MOW Program and my point of contact for my area, so I am very lucky indeed !!! Thanks MOW !!! Thanks Emily !!!
