Excellent job from the initial call to the quote done by Kyle all the way to the call that they were able to bump our appointment due to an opening in their schedule and the installation of our new heat pump system by the professional team of Chestermere Heating & Cooling. Just in time to make through the latter part of the summer with an A/C system from Carrier. And of course for all the summers to come.

Chestermere heating and cooling came very recommended. I ended up getting 4 different quotes. I personally liked Kyle the most and he was the most patient and detail oriented company I spoke to. He answered all my questions and helped me feel really good about going with them! We had our 31 year old furnace replaced and also installed an air conditioner. Furnace is working great thanks again!

Wonderful experience. From booking to install. Always difficult to make decisions about higher cost improvements when you know little about it technically. You really want people you trust. Chestermere Heating and Cooling installed a heat pump for us. We highly recommend them from start to finish.

Kyle went above and beyond answering a ton of our questions regarding their quote and product. Nowadays it’s rare to feel like someone actually wants your business but they are the exception.

We received an email the day prior to install explaining in detail what the process would look like. This email was a really nice touch. With two young kids and a dog at home, it made our life easy to plan accordingly.

On install day we met Cody, Kevin, and Daniel. They were awesome. Considerate, clean, and friendly! All in all, an awesome experience.

Very impressed. During the busy and cold part of the year, I was able to get an appointment within a couple of hours of calling. I got the gas valve replaced on my furnace and Kyle did a great job. He was quick, and explained in detail the work he did. Fair pricing compared to other companies. Would highly recommend.
