The prescription I got was so off was unable to see out of the glasses better without wearing glasses at all . Ordered my glasses online so I could not return them . I thought it might be the online place so I ordered from a different place same thing unusable, bad prescription incompetent prescription Will never return

My visit was a breeze, they were knowledgeable and friendly 🙂 Dr. Wood talked to me about my eyes and answered all my questions, the staff was great, I was asking their option about glasses on my face, and they put my new prescription in my old pair until I decide on a new pair of glasses! Highly recommend 👌

I called the office as I had something in my eye. I was able to get in to see a doctor within 2 hours. Dr. Wood managed to locate and extract the object from my eye. Everyone in the office from start to finish had been very professional and caring. Great team of doctors and front end staff.

These guys where supposed to get me in to see a specialist than just never did it's been 2 years ow and have not heard back they called the number they gave me and the specialist said a appointment or referral in my name was never made than they have the audacity to call me say they did make it I Try again and same issue they will take your money and not help you I've been to a whole new optometry and have the issue fixed in the time it took them to do this.

EDIT to the response no I was told they would infact call me and a attempt would be made on your guys end as well to make sure contact was made I informed the receptionist when they did a check call back I had no received a call and when I called the surgeons office I was told no referall was ever made so I went else where and got seen within a week

After a 6 year hiatus from eye checks I returned to Chestermere Optometry to get the full eye check. Dr. Grace was top notch, explaining in detail all of the things that were happening with my eyes and the reality of beginning cataracts. Newer technology to get excellent images of the cornea and retina provided detailed information unavailable years back. From Joanne, to Lisa to Nikki, the operational staff of the office score a 12/10. All of my questions were answered, including detailed explantations as needed. Kudos to Dr. Sanchez for emplying such a wonderful group of professionals for Chestermere Optometry. They reprsent the business in a most excellent manner!

Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and informative throughout my eye appointment! Carolyn assisted with my check-in and prior eye exam, while specified what each process was for. She also put new nose pads on my glasses! Dr. Grace did my eye exam and answered all my vision related questions from eye health to contacts. Then Lisa assisted with my billing and gave me input on glasses pricing and styles.

Such a wonderful experience! I stopped by yesterday and spoke to the receptionist and she was so friendly and helpful, pointing me in the right direction to meet my needs. I was booked for an appointment the next day and the whole experience was amazing! I unfortunately forget the names of all the people that helped me today but everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Chestermere Optometry to anyone I know. I also appreciated the honesty of the staff. No up-selling, just genuine, kind, wonderful people that had me leaving very happy and confident I chose them for my optometry needs.
