Patients have to wear masks but the staff does not. The receptionists all walk around and go up to patients with no mask on. I even had one come in the patient room without one to tell the nurse they were going on lunch. The receptionists couldn't care less about the patients and leave the phones going straight to voice-mail multiple times per day, even after they're supposed to be taking calls again.
