Bring home and steam Lo Mai Gai (sticky rice in lotus leaf). I had forgotten about a few of the pieces back I bought a few months ago. After steaming each, it was still very delicious.

The braised pork filling they use comes out very tender and tastes excellent! Definitely will be making a return trip when I'm back in Calgary.

When you enter here, there are a few fridges full (or in my case empty) of products. I believe the main chef was away when I visited hence lack of selection but usually is well stocked. Pricing is marked by the fridge and although seems hefty at first, remember you're buying in a bulk format plastic bags. The wontons are a good price - 50 for $11. The lady at the front desk is helpful and straight to the point. I think this spot is cash only as I didn't see a machine available but could be wrong. They have all the dim sum available here. Sticky rice to haw gow to bean curd.

Well, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, but wait till you try the food! The buns are awesome and there are things like the liquored sausage buns that you no longer find in Hong Kong that you can find here! And the BBQ buns are very good too. Not to mention the lotus leaves wrapped rice, which have a perfect blend of rice and other fillings! If you miss some of the Hong Kong dim sum, this is the place to go to!

Have been coming here for many, many years and have yet to find anywhere with better frozen dim sum. Consistent and so delicious. Not the cheapest food you can buy but the ingredients are quality and products made on site. The folks that run it are very nice.

I've been coming here for four years. I LOVE the beef tendon, shanghai dumplings, pork spring rolls, sticky rice, peanut and pork steamed dumplings, sui mai, pork and cabbage dumplings, and sui kai dumpings. The dim sum chef/owner uses whole chickens and high quality meats for their product. Hotels and restaurants order from Chuen May and cook it at their restaurants. Go before the owners retire.

This used to be one of my favourite stores, but the new management just ruins it all. Taste of their products has been significantly less flavourful after the new management took over. The most outrageous part is that they increased their prices multiple times in less than 2 years. I no longer buy at this shop and don't expect it to be around much longer.
