I have been coming here for a couple of years now. I got my brows henna’d by Becky and she did amazing! I go to Becky for monthly brow waxes and used to get upper lip waxes too (which she took extra care for because my lip got very sensitive). Becky also got me started on a good skincare routine which has helped my skin SOO much!! I got the 6 pack on a deal for upper lip laser with Janelle which i just completed recently and there is no hair growing back there at all! I also went for a massage with Candace recently which was amazing - and they direct billed with my insurance company. 1000/10 love coming to this spa for anything I need!!

Signed up for facial hair removal and had great success! I was skeptical at first since I had done laser treatment years ago. Thankfully Ciao had better technology that left my face, dark hair free. Touch up treatment still required but I'm very happy with the results.

I always go for relaxation massages as I find deep tissue too painful. Kevin was great and had used the perfect amount of pressure where I was still relaxed and not in any discomfort but also not too light. It was a great balance!

The ladies at the front were also very kind and very welcoming!

I've just had my second session of laser hair removal with Janelle and I am so so happy with the results so far !! Janelle is super friendly and knowledgable and makes you feel very comfortable. I highly recommend to anyone wishing to try laser hair removal, she is fantastic !

I love going here to get my lashes done. I go in every 3 weeks to see Becky. She is amazing, always has the most wonderful conversations. She some how remembers every conversation we have. I never leave with the feeling that my lashes are bad. They are always so full, and she does a very excellent job every time. I definitely recommend them for anyone who would like to get their lashes done.
