Beware: Concerns Regarding Christenson Developments' Life Lease Agreements
As someone who values transparency and integrity in business dealings, it's disheartening to hear about the concerning situation surrounding Christenson Developments and their handling of Life Lease agreements.
Numerous reports suggest that Christenson Developments has failed to honor their commitments to seniors who invested significant sums of money in Life Lease agreements, only to face disappointment and financial hardship when their agreements are terminated. It's deeply troubling to learn that the company owes seniors and their families millions of dollars in refunds, with the amount expected to be $201MM by the time all life leases are terminated.
While it's understandable that residents may enjoy living in Christenson Developments' properties, the distress and financial strain experienced by these trusting seniors and their families cannot be overlooked. The failure to refund their hard-earned money is unacceptable and raises serious ethical questions about the company's practices.
Until Christenson Developments addresses the concerns raised by affected seniors and their families and demonstrates a genuine commitment to rectifying the situation, I cannot in good conscience recommend living in any one of their facilities.
