Terrible service with sales, bought a used utv from a dealership thinking it would be safer then buying private. Not here dealership didn’t even look at the unit before flipping it. Numerous issues such as oil wasn’t changed, battery was defective, broken wire on main terminal block, hvac not functioning was told ac wasn’t check but nothing about the heat not working, check engine light on, exhaust leak/cracked. I’ve been ghosted with no response from dealer to resolve issues.

Had issues with a mower of mine and called Benninger's. Right away, Bobby France was very prompt and professional with his help with me. Working in Automotive service myself, I was immediately impressed with his customer care and attention to service write-up. He and the technician team took great care, and it worked out that I ended up buying a used unit from Scott Brown. Scott was fantastic and helpful to deal with as well! Great work guys!!

Bought a used tractor from them. They didn't even do the normal maintenance work on it before delivering. Ordered parts from them on another occasion, they didn't deliver right part. Had to drive all way again to have it exchanged. A real nuisance as I live pretty far away
