Doctor is good. Reception is laughably unpleasant but somewhat bearable. Walls are paper thin, I heard nearly every word that another patient said in the room next to mine. Extremely uncomfortable hearing their PRIVATE business and the solution in the clinic was to play a radio (faintly mind you) in the waiting area. Vibes are so bad in that entire building, but my doctor was nice.

Dr is nice, however things do not get done very quickly. I'm told to fax infomation over, I do that, Call the next day for an update, I'm told I'm not a patient lol Luckily they corrected the issue, but this is time sensitve and now needs to wait yet another day because I was assumed to not be a patient. Could be more organized

The receptionist are always friendly, kind and are able to help reschedule appointments and work around my schedule when things come up. Dr. Ghauri never dismisses my concerns and is always up front with me and explores every option for care. He is thorough and funny and makes me feel at ease. I have seen other doctors there too and have never been disappointed with my level of care. An
amazing clinic and the pharmacy is so convenient!

I've had good experiences with this clinic and have no issues getting appointments. Recently the doctor changed and the transition was smooth. Nurses and doctors are always friendly!

Front desk seems to be helpful with what they can. I’m not sure about all the doctors but Dr. Aboud is the worst doctor I have ever come across. Time management and care is a big issue there. It’s been 4 months since dropping off time sensitive paperwork and he still has not completed it. Imagine having your entire life on hold due to these papers needing to get done. The doctor is now on his third vacation without getting the paperwork done. I personally work in a clinic and am astounded at the way this has been handled. Very unprofessional and wrong.

I thoroughly enjoyed the experience of going to see the awesome people at Glacier Gate. They take pride in what they do, the staff are always friendly and professional. It doesn't matter what type of business you are involved with not everyone can be cheerful all the time. I have seen the ignorance of people who feel entitled come through the doors with the negative attitude. I am of the opinion that you get what you give. I have never seen the reception area have issues with anyone. Not getting your way, is not rude. Try to be professional in your approach, if there is something you don't like, take it up with the owner of the business. Or feel free to go somewhere else. I think that Dr. Ghauri is awesome he actually listens to what you are saying before offering a solution. This is not assembly line medicine. He takes care to fully explain why he is doing something and what the expected results are including a time frame. I am certainly glad that they decided to put in a medical clinic, after being run through the gauntlet of health care here and having no Dr since I retired 6 yrs ago I am sure happy with the services provided by Glacier Gate. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Reception was very polite and friendly. Got us in to see Dr same day. Dr Ghauri is super busy but took the time to see us. Set up tests right away. Looking forward to working with him.

Do not go here for WCB visits, will flat out refuse you. Waited 2 weeks for an appointment and needed a cortisone shot. Flat out refused me. Sad thing is, doctor was my family physician. Forwared my files back to PCN.
