I've been attending the Claresholm Mental health clinic for a few months now. I felt that the first 'Couple' of sessions seemed to be quite professional. Recently however it feels like I'm in one of those movies where the therapist says things like and "How does that make you fee?"l and "What would you like to learn from that?"
The excuses that the staff make for each other at this clinic are just ridiculous. For example I'm a therapist but I'm not a doctor and I can't help you with any kind of doctor needs for example paperwork or prescription.
Even reception has excuses for example oh this therapist is quite new at our clinic and therefore doesn't understand the correct channels to go through to meet a patient's needs.. it seems odd to me that reception is saying that. So am I understanding this correctly? The receptionist knows the channels but the therapist doesn't? Hmmm..
Not sure if the healing has begun.. or if like I said I'm in a movie.

I was admitted there after I tried to commit suicide in Calgary. At the time I didn't know I had borderline personality disorder. I left there after 2 weeks cause of mood swing. I called back later to see if I can go back, and theyou refused and said try outpatient. I tried outpatient but mood swings are so bad that I barely leave the house, it got so bad I couldn't take the bus anymore. This facility does not help patients that leave. But if you leave due to your mental illness they punish you and leave you for dead.
