You have to register for 250 rs to visit doctor where they have their own app where u can book appointments online n have home visits available for blood tests. It's in Galleria Mall next to Maruti Suzuki showroom

Dr. Shalini is the best doctor. She is very friendly and approachable and at the same time very prompt. If there is a problem she gives you the resolution instantly. My pregnancy and the delivery ke as very healthy and smooth under her guidance.
Also, the staff at the hospital was very friendly and cooperative. There was no hassle whether it was booking the appointments or the rooms. The hospital also was very very clean and hygienic.

They put our New Born under Harsh UV Rays, claiming that she has a jaundice.
Just to make some extra money on that Wasteful UV Light Equipment
And make is extend our stay for 1night billing.
We come to a Good Hospital for Better Care. Money is Not a problem for us.
But to subject a New Born to unnecessary Strong UV Light and burn the baby. Is not an ethical way to make more money.
Do Not forget, In India Skin Tann is sensitive issue. and Probably a Billion dollar industry to Get a tone of Fair Skin.
Rest of the Hospital facilities are New and Very Good.
Head of Pediatrics Dept Dr...... Needs to be changed. If U want to maintain ur reputation

Recently got my son's (4.5 yrs) ear peirced. Very smooth and fast the process was. Opd nurse Roshni made my son very comfortable and easy. She explained the procedure and was answering all my questions with patience and a smile. The procedure went very well with minimal to no pain .

Excellent Doctors.

But support staff is not at all up to the mark. Get feeling of a scam where there is huge difference in commitment and actual offering.

Committed room category not offered. Forced to take admission in lower category room with assurance of upgrading to committed room category shortly. But same being postponed time and again.

Air-condition not working in the rooms even after multiple complaints. One of the reason for offering lower room category was that air-condition was not functional in the committed room category. Fail to understand how is lower category room different.

Table fan provided almost after 5 hours of follow-up.

Nursing staff is neither working as per Doctor's instruction nor helping in resolving any admin issues (listed above).

Admission team shamelessly informing that they are not concerned with any technical issue (like air condition not working) and we can provide dissatisfied review online. On requesting for escalation matrix, email id being shared. However, no one from the email id bothers to reply too.
