Coaster Factory was recommended to me by a fellow restaurateur after I saw the product he was using from them. Working with Jeff has been wonderful and the product we settled on is exactly what I was looking for in our two now three and soon to be four restaurants. I love that they order thinner material coasters so that cocktails don't "fall off the ledge" as many will understand, but at the same time they still feel very high quality. We are very satisfied customers!

I would HIGHLY recommend Coaster Factory for custom coasters. Jeff Martin helped me plan a short-run of custom coasters to use as invitations for my husband's birthday and they had the best price, best customer service (answered all my questions) and excellent quality that exceeded my expectations. I received my coasters almost a week earlier than expected too. You guys killed it!

The coasters came fast but had the wrong color. The customer service was ok, but nothing great. How do you let customers make images but don't save a proof of it? I did everything as directed on the website, yet the QR code didn't work. Once again, I was made to feel as if that was my fault.

Either way. I got a refund, but only after asking, when it should have been offered from the beginning, considering my coasters were made incorrectly.

There are a million other companies that make coasters...so whatever
