I’ve been a patient of Dr. Haunts for a couple of years now, and I’m so grateful for their care. The staff is always kind, helpful, and welcoming. They’ve been especially wonderful during my pregnancy and now with my 12-month-old daughter. It’s clear they genuinely care about their patients, and I always feel supported during my visits.

Dr. Kwok is absolutely amazing, however I had to see Dr. Rys in the after hours clinic and she was horrible! She rushed through my appointment as fast as she possibly could and hardly let me get a word in! I then found out that the prescription she sent in to my pharmacy for me is one I’m highly allergic to and have been since I was a young child so it’s been on my chart for over 20 years! The rest of the staff is usually pretty friendly and good at their job but Dr. Rys I highly do not recommend!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Dahle and the entire team at the clinic. Dr. Dahle is not only an exceptionally skilled and compassionate physician, but he takes the time to listen attentively and provide the highest level of care. Every interaction I’ve had, whether with Nurse Angel, the reception team, or Nurse Practitioner Kate, has been consistently positive and professional.

Although it is a busy office with several practitioners, I understand the demands they face in serving the needs of many patients. As a medical professional myself, I appreciate the hard work happening behind the scenes and encourage others to exercise patience.

I feel truly fortunate to be in the care of such a dedicated and outstanding medical team.

Dr. Rys is the worst doctor possible. She is never available or rarely in the office. She sent me back to work with a pulled muscle in my chest. I found her totally without empathy for her patients very cold and abrupt. She questions whether your really sick or not. She is totally unprofessional and uncaring and should not be in the profession. The person answering the office phone is very rude and makes you jump through hoops to get an appointment. Your better off without a doctor.

Dr. Rys has been our family doctor since she joined the Cobourg Health Centre. We have experienced many health issues which she addressed quickly and professionally. Whether it be her own advice, a referral to a specialist or arranging for emergency speed imaging or scanning at NHH. She has never let us down. And her referral network of specialists is tops. She also serves time at NHH's emergency ward. Any administrative blips experienced by patients is common everywhere in the healthcare system. I find that being patient and saying thank you goes a long way towards good service.

The only thing good about this place is my doctor . Call to follow up , mind you that’s what the email states call for a follow up . That would be awesome if their phones were not disconnected deliberately! Each day I call I get a dead line . I am very sick of this I need to call my family doctor and the ignorant reception is preventing me of this . Make changes please ! EDIT 2 years later and they still don’t answer the phones it’s 9:20 am and the phone is dead and off the hook .

I will never understand why they can't implement a better phone system. You call and immediately receive a line busy signal, meaning you have to constantly try calling over and over until you get through. It's so simple to put a system in place to put people on hold if lines are busy, it is amazing in this day and age they haven't done so. My doctor is amazing but the receptionist infrastructure is sorely lacking and requires an upgrade from the 1990's

my doctor is cool, and my nurse practitioner is awesome! both have no issues with me personally despite my involvement to fight against the *censored*, and i felt actual, human beings behind the masks! lol
seriously, they're open-minded, or at least not imposing.. the staff are nice too, it's kinda like you get what you give, ya know? factor in they or you could be having a bad day, or feeling unwell, or whatever and -tadah!!! everything is just..
you'd be an idiot to think people being treated here would leave a positive remark... no, no, no.. people give feedback, normally, because they have a complaint! welcome to the snowflake generation, people!! a time where comedians are censored and cancel culture is rampant!
