Dr Rys is in the wrong profession. As an RN l am appalled at her lack of competency and compassion. When l was in an appointment with her and my mom was in the hospital dying she actually took my phone from me when the hospital called me! I had to wait 2 weeks for her to get around to completing caregiver benefits forms then charged me $40. I developed shingles during this difficult time due to the stress over mums mom and again l had to wait over a week to get an appointment with her to get pain meds for severe pain. I had been to the hospital twice for pain because l couldn't get her to respond to my message l left with the useless receptionist who thinks she's a nurse.
The lattest incident came down with the flu told her all my symptoms by phone and without even assessing me in person told me l can return to work and refused to give me a note to be off work. I am understandibly seeking a new doctor. In my 40 years in health care l have never come across a doctor as poor as this.

The office is run so poorly I’m sure they do more harm than good. For a simple appointment you can call up to 30 times and still not get through. To get documents forwarded to specialists is a struggle, and most often never happens. Doctors don’t follow up on scans or exams, because it’s not entered into the system. The receptionist looks at exam results (illegal) and calls with findings yet they are not accurate, or the correct body part.

Questioning anyone about this leads to a dead end argument with the receptionists who inaccurately claim they’ve done a great job! False.

Never once have I had a smooth appointment for any of my family. I’m afraid for the well being of anyone depending on this office.

The Doctors are great, but Good Luck seeing one!

If you want a doctors office that blames you for mistakes that they made, won’t pick up the phone during office hours even though THEY told you to call them back and takes 6 months to schedule an appointment, this is the place for you <3

I was on hold for seven hours and never got through and my family doctor is Sabatini. That’s an entire working day. It’s a five months wait to get any appointment. All health concerns I’ve ever had I’ve had to coach Sabatini in giving me what I need.. because otherwise she’ll just say “you’re fine”. Even if you’re bleeding for weeks. I’ve heard her say she wishes her patients dead because she doesn’t want to deal with them.
Avoid at all costs unless you want your health to seriously be jeopardized.

Dr. Xi and the rest of the docs are great, not sure about comments about receptionists being poor. I think they are great, and I'm often there on business and rarely see them NOT on the phone.

This is a private practice and not a walk in. Hospital is right across the road!

I have has good experiences with both the Nurse Practioner and Dr. Sabitini. Phoning for an appointment can be frustrating so i go there personally and am happy to see the NP first with positive outcomes.

If I could rate the clinic staff and my doctor separately, I would. My doc gets 5/5 - she's great, I trust her and I get exceptional care.
The staff at this clinic put minimal to no effort into everything they do. They don't even answer the phones. Extremely frustrating to deal with.

Tara the receptionist was the sweetest and most pleasant person to talk to. She made my experience explaining my complex needs less stressful. She is just amazing!
