26 October 2024..approximately 4.00.p.m. the dryer doesn't work properly.
The attendant at the counter was absolutely rude..when I went to purchace the car wash he should have informed me of the known issue with the dryer. He knew it wasn't working properly and failed to inform me.
And then had an attitude when I asked if he could do anything about it. Poor customer service.
Will not be going there again. And will be telling all my friends not to bother going to this gas station.train your employees on customer service.

This place is terrible. My husband took the car to the car wash yesterday Dec 31 2024. He came back and the passenger side of the car was dirty. He took it back and the girl let him go through again and the same thing. It was like no soap or water hit the lower passenger side of the car. Go somewhere that their equipment is maintained so it works

Filled up a 20 litre Jerry can with 94. Looks like only got nineteen liters. This has happened to me twice. Told the cashier, hopefully it gets to the boss.

Swiping Petro Points at the pump seldom works, and you always have to swipe your points card twice at the cashier. They have no trigger locks on the pumps (which has been made legal again in Ontario) and the car was is expensive and not very good. Convenient locations is all they have going for them.

Love my Cobourg Petro on Division st the lady that works there is so very nice. She always look after me. I always get there just minutes before the lotto machines shut down l run in there and yell out my combination of quick plays and she always get them ready now that's service.she is my go to girl.

The car wash at this location does a really good job.
